All orders are processed within 1-3 business days ( excluding weekends or holidays ) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

. Europe : 5 - 10 Business days 

. Internationally : 7 - 15 Business days

Delays : 

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur dur to courier services, customs processing, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect shipping address : 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. we cannot be responsible for orders shipped incorrectly to provided addresses.

Lost or damaged items :
